Directions for use:
For the first week take 10 drops under the tongue each 1/2 hour starting 2 hours before bed. After the first week take 5-10 drops 1/2 hour and immediately before retiring. If waking during the night take up to 4 more doses.

Homeopathic Preparations in 6X potency: Chamomilla, Valeriana Officinalis, Gentian lutea, Hypericum, Kali phos., Mag phos., Melatonin, Nux vomica, Passiflora, Pulsatilla. Bach Flower Essences: White Chestnut, Star of Bethlehem, Clematis, Cherry Plum, Rock Rose.
