We offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders over $60.00. Orders under this amount are charged based on area of delivery. Please continue through to your cart to see shipping options.

Reached FREE SHIPPING by spending $60.00 on our online store?
These orders will generally be sent using New Zealand Post Courier.

Live rurally?
These orders will generally be sent using New Zealand Post Courier.

Paid for shipping and live in a non-rural/urban area?
These orders will generally be sent using New Zealand Couriers.

Ordering a fragile or large item?
Order requires extra packaging (for fragile items) or large items (such as Vita Diet, BioSlim boxes) will be sent using New Zealand Post Couriers.

Can I track my parcel?
Both delivery services through NZC and NZP are tracked.
Once we have processed your order and created a shipping lable, the tracking information is automatically sent to the email address that the order was placed with.

When will I get my delivery if I live in Rotorua?
Fairy Springs Pharmacy endeavours to deliver all online orders on the same business day between 3.30pm to 6.30pm.
Orders placed after 5pm, on the weekend, and on public holidays will be delivered the next business day. 
To ensure the most efficient delivery for our local customers, we hand deliver our local orders personally. 

What radius do you provide Local Delivery to?
We charge a flat fee of $5 for our local delivery on orders under $60.00 within a 15km radius.

Why have I not received my orders yet?
Please get in contact with us if you have not received your order yet. We may have missed you during delivery (which usually takes place between 3.30pm to 6.30pm).

All orders outside of Rotorua will take between 1-3 business days via courier service. Rural deliveries may take up to 5 business days.

We would contact you via messenger or email if your order cannot be delivered or will be delayed.

I would like my prescription delivered!
For our local patients, prescriptions are personally delivered by our team or sent via courier (signature required) if out of town. Please contact us to arrange this.

Can you deliver to my PO Box?
Yes! Deliveries to a PO BOX will be sent via New Zealand Post.
