Dosage:
Adults: Take 1-2 sachets daily or as professionally advised.
Children 6-12 years: 1 sachet daily or as professionally advised.
Directions: Empty the contents of one sachet into a cup, add 200mls of hot, but not boiling water, or alternatively use cold water and stir until dissolved.
