from Sodium Ascorbate – 800mg
from Calcium Ascorbate – 500mg
from Ascorbic acid – 200mg
Hesperidin – 50mg
Rutin – 50mg
Zinc (from Zinc Citrate) – 1mg

Directions:
Maintenance dose: Adults and teens from 14 years: Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in approximately 200ml of water or as professionally advised.
Acute dose: Adults and teens from 14 years: Break effervescent tablet in half and dissolve 1 half of the tablet in approximately 100ml of water, up to 4 times daily or as professionally advised.
Children 9-13: Break effervescent tablet in half and dissolve 1 half of the tablet in approximately 100ml of water, up to twice daily or as professionally advised.
