Arnica Montana Oil infused flower 11mg
Menthol 53mg
Glucosamine sulphate 5.5mg

Other ingredients: Purified Aqua,Cetosteayl Alcohol, Dimeticone, Paraffin, Peppermint Oil, Emulsifying Wax, Cetrimide, Phenoxyethanol, 1,2-octanediol, Macrogol 400.

Dosage:
Apply a liberal amount until absorbed, repeat 3 times a day.
